Leroy Jones is a proud Oakland native with a lifelong passion for football and player development. With over 20 years of coaching experience, Leroy has guided athletes at every level—from youth teams with the Oakland Panthers to high school programs and Semi-Pro leagues. Throughout his career, he has earned numerous championships and accolades, demonstrating a commitment to excellence both on and off the field.

Driven by a vision to create a team that embodies community, teamwork, and leadership, Leroy founded the Oakland Ducks. Through this organization, he brings his dream to life: developing talented athletes, fostering strong character, and making a lasting impact on the Oakland community. Leroy’s leadership continues to inspire players and fans alike, building a legacy rooted in passion, dedication, and the love of the game

Coach Reed began his football career as a local product of Castro Vallery High School before moving on to Chabot College and finishing his collegiate career at Kansas Wesleyan University. With over 10 years of coaching experience, Coach Reed bring a unique blend of speed, discipline and toughness. he currently serves as the JV Offensive Coordinator and Varsity Runningbacks Coach. He is a proud student of the game and his coaching philosophy goes beyond mere sportsmanship.
